Hello!
As an independent director of Hanvon Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1—Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the Company's "Articles of Association" and "Work Rules for Independent Directors." Adhering to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and independence, I have diligently performed my duties, actively exercised my role as an independent director, and protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The following is a summary of my performance of independent director duties in 2025:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Su Dan: Female, born in 1979, Chinese nationality, with no permanent overseas residency, holds a Ph.D. in Media Studies from Rutgers University. From 2007-2008, she worked in brand marketing at the strategic planning position of the McCANN Worldgroup in the United States; from 2009-2012, she served as Associate Director of Consumer Insights at Ogilvy & Mather; from 2013-2015, she pursued postdoctoral research at Tsinghua University, focusing on consumer behavior research; in 2015, she co-founded Yingchuang Huaxia (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (Yingchuang Academy) and served as its CEO. She is currently an independent director of the Company.
