As an independent director of Anxin Shenjian New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly performed my duties of loyalty and diligence in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Articles of Association," and the "Independent Director System of the Company." I have objectively exercised my rights as an independent director, comprehensively followed the Company's development, actively understood the Company's production and operation status, carefully reviewed the Company's board meeting proposals, attended company meetings as required, and expressed opinions on relevant matters to protect the overall interests of the Company, especially the legitimate rights and interests of small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Mr. Wang Shengsheng: Born in 1956, Bachelor's degree, Chinese nationality, no permanent overseas residency. Professor-level Senior Engineer, recipient of the "May 1st Labor Medal" of Anhui Province. From 1983 to 2016, he worked at Anhui Research Institute of Chemical Industry, serving as Director of the Engineering Center, Director of the Polymer Research Institute, and Deputy Chief Engineer of the institute. He currently serves as a member of the National Standardization Committee, a member of the Specialty Committee on Coatings and Painting of China, a member of the Expert Committee on Coatings and Painting of the Chinese Chemical Society (Powder Coatings and Painting), and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the professional journal "Anhui Chemical Industry." He is an independent director of this Company.
