I. Basic Situation of the Current Arbitration
Recently, Shanxi Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongde Chemical" or "the Company") received an "Arbitration Notice" [(2026) Xi Arbitration No. 1725] from the Xi'an Arbitration Commission, sent to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tongde Kechuang Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tongde Kechuang"). Shaanxi Huajian Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Huajian") has filed an arbitration application with the Xi'an Arbitration Commission regarding a construction engineering contract dispute with Tongde Kechuang. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the Xi'an Arbitration Commission has accepted the case, and subsequent arbitration procedures have not yet commenced.
