(hereinafter referred to as "Tongde Chemical" or "the Company") hereby announces the progress of the Company's pre-restructuring matters in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulation Guidelines No. 14 - Bankruptcy Restructuring and Other Matters (2025 Revision)" and other relevant regulations.
I. Basic Situation of Pre-Restructuring
(1) On April 20, 2026, Tongde Chemical received a "Notice" served by the Intermediate People's Court of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province (hereinafter referred to as "Xinzhou Intermediate Court" or "the Court") and a "Notification Letter" served by the creditor Hequ County Wanxiang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. The content was that the applicant applied to the Xinzhou Intermediate Court for pre-restructuring and restructuring of the Company on the grounds that the Company is unable to repay its due debts and is clearly lacking in solvency but possesses restructuring value.
