As an independent director of Shanxi Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), for the year 2025, in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association of Shanxi Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd." Yao Xiaomin, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1963, a member of the Jiu San Society, holds a Master's degree in Accounting, and is a Professor of Accounting. He has served as Vice President of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics Vocational and Technical College, Deputy Director of the Finance Department of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Dean of the School of Continuing Education of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Dean of the MBA Education School of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Independent Director of Shanxi Yuncheng Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Shanxi High-Speed Group Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Tongbao Energy Co., Ltd., and Independent Director of Jinxi Axle Co., Ltd. He is currently an independent director of this Company.
