As an independent director of Shanxi Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for the year 2025, in accordance with the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association of Shanxi Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Articles of Association"), I have conscientiously performed my duties with a sense of responsibility to all shareholders, upholding integrity, diligence, and loyalty. I have prudently exercised the rights granted by the Company and shareholders, actively participated in the Company's shareholder meetings, board meetings, and special committee meetings, fully played the role of an independent director, and protected the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
- Basic Information Xue Jianlan, female, Han ethnicity, born in May 1962, holds a doctoral degree, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a professor at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, and a doctoral supervisor. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Tax Law Research Association of the China Law Society, a Director of the Economic Law Research Association of the China Law Society, the Vice President of the Economic Law Research Association of Shanxi Province, the Director of the Tax Law Professional Committee of the Shanxi Provincial Bar Association, and an arbitrator at the Taiyuan Arbitration Commission. She previously served as a legal advisor to the Shanxi Provincial People's Government. She currently serves as an independent director for this Company and Shanxi Coal International Energy Group Co., Ltd.
