Shanxi Tongde Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Tongde Chemical") disclosed its "2025 Annual Report" (Announcement No.: 2026-0XX) and "2025 Annual Report Summary" (Announcement No.: 2026-OXX) on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn/) on April 28, 2026.
To facilitate investors' understanding of the Company's 2025 annual operating performance and development strategies, the Company will hold an online performance briefing on the "Interactive Yi" platform provided by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from 15:00 to 17:00 on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday). Investors can log in to the "Interactive Yi" website (http://irm.cninfo.com.cn) and enter the "Cloud Interview" section to participate in this annual performance briefing. At that time, Mr. Zhang Fuquan, Chairman of the Company, Mr. Wu Qingwen, General Manager, Mr. Yao Xiaomin, Independent Director, Mr. Zhang Dong, Secretary of the Board, and Mr. Jin Fuchun, Financial Controller, will communicate with investors online (participants may be adjusted under special circumstances).
