As an Independent Director of Henan Senyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly adhered to the provisions of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Norms for the Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," "Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and other relevant laws and regulations. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I am Chen Kui, a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. Born in 1962 in Shenyang, I hold a bachelor's degree and am a senior professor-level engineer. I have served as a Senior Engineer and Professor at Shenyang Transformer Research Institute, Deputy Director, Director, and Deputy Dean of the National Transformer Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Deputy Dean and Professor at Suzhou Electrical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd., Deputy Chairman of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Short-Circuit Testing Technology in the Energy Industry of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, Deputy Chairman of the Professional Committee for High-Capacity Testing Technology of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering, and a member of the Technical Committee for Standardization of High Voltage Testing Technology and Insulation Coordination, and a member of the Professional Committee for High Voltage Technology of the Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering. I currently serve as a member of the National Technical Committee for Transformer Standardization and an advisor to the National Technical Committee for Instrument Transformers, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, Head of the Innovation Division of the Technology Department of China Machinery Industry Federation, Independent Director of Gold Crown Electric Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Shenyang Hongyuan Electromagnetic Wire Co., Ltd., and concurrently serve as an Independent Director of this Company.
