Henan Senyuan Electric Power Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Senyuan Electric" or "the Company") has appointed Liyanda Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Liyanda") as the financial reporting and internal control audit institution for the Company in 2025. In accordance with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the Company has evaluated Liyanda's performance during the 2025 audit process. Liyanda was established on October 22, 2013, with its registered address at Room 1101, Building 210, Ciyunsi North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing. As of the end of 2025, Liyanda has 70 partners, 475 certified public accountants, and 167 certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities service businesses. In 2025, the Company had 30 listed company audit clients, with a total revenue of 41.4188 million yuan.
Project Partner: Wang Xinyu, became a certified public accountant in 2001, began engaging in listed company audits in 2010, started practicing at Liyanda in 2013, and has signed or reviewed 6 listed company audit reports in the past three years.
