Special Audit Report on the Summary Statement of Non-Operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Fund Transactions of Senyuan Electric
To all shareholders of Henan Senyuan Electric Co., Ltd.:
We were engaged to perform a special audit on the Summary Statement of Non-Operating Fund Occupation and Other Related Party Fund Transactions for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the "Summary Statement") of Henan Senyuan Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Senyuan Electric Company"). This audit was conducted based on our audit of the consolidated balance sheet, consolidated income statement, consolidated cash flow statement, consolidated statement of changes in owners' equity, and notes to the financial statements of Senyuan Electric Company for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The preparation and disclosure of the Summary Statement and the provision of true, lawful, and complete audit evidence are the responsibilities of the management of Senyuan Electric Company, in accordance with the requirements of Announcement No. 26 of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, "Supervision Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 8 - Supervision Requirements for Listed Company Fund Transactions and Guarantees" ([2022] No. 26), and the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling (2025 Revision)". Our responsibility is to express a special audit opinion on the Summary Statement based on the performance of our audit work.
