Sichuan Fulun Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") at its fourteenth meeting of the seventh Board of Directors deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm." The Company proposes to re-appoint Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyonghe") as the Company's 2026 audit institution. The term of appointment is one year, effective from the date of approval by the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. It is proposed that the shareholders' meeting authorize the Company's Chairman to determine the annual audit fee based on the specific workload and market price level for the 2026 audit. This re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
