Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To protect the legitimate rights and interests of Sichuan Fulin Transportation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company"), shareholders, employees, and creditors, improve the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, promote the entrepreneurial spirit, and regulate the organization and behavior of the Company, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Constitution, the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), and other relevant provisions.
Article 2 The Company is a joint-stock limited company established in accordance with the "Company Law", the "Regulations on the Administration of Market Entity Registration of the People's Republic of China", and other relevant provisions.
The Company was established by the overall transformation of Sichuan Fulin Transportation Co., Ltd., and was established as a promoter-based company; it is registered with the Administration for Market Regulation of Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, and has obtained a "Business License" with the unified social credit code 915107007358967844.
Article 3 The Company was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") on January 15, 2010, to issue 21 million shares of RMB ordinary shares to the public for the first time, and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on February 10, 2010.
