Report on the Assessment of the Accounting Firm's Performance in 2025
Sichuan Fulun Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyonghe CPA") as its financial report audit institution and internal control audit institution for 2025. In accordance with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC"), the Company has assessed Xinyonghe CPA's performance during the 2025 audit process. The specific situation is as follows:
I. Qualification Conditions
Xinyonghe CPA was established on March 2, 2012, with its registered address at 8/F, Fuhua Building, 8 Chaoyangmen North Avenue, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Tan Xiaoqing. It holds a practicing qualification for accounting firms issued by the Ministry of Finance; qualifications for accounting firms engaged in securities service business filed with the Ministry of Finance and the CSRC; and qualifications approved by the CSRC to engage in the audit of H-share companies. As of December 31, 2025, Xinyonghe CPA has 257 partners (shareholders) and 1,799 certified public accountants. The number of certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities service businesses exceeds 700.
