(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 33rd meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 28, 2026, and deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing He Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 Audit Institution." The Company proposes to re-appoint He Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit institution. This matter is subject to the approval of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
