Pursuant to the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Regulation and Operation Guide No. 1," and other relevant laws, regulations, and rules, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the company's "Work System for Independent Directors," I, as an independent director of Xingmin ZhiTong (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), hereby submit my performance report for the year 2025 as an independent director:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Hu Shejiao: Male, Chinese national, no overseas residency, born in December 1964, holds a doctoral degree. Graduated from Anhui University of Technology with a bachelor's degree in 1985, obtained a master's degree from Hefei University of Technology in 1991, and a doctoral degree from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2006. Since July 1991, he has served as a lecturer, associate professor, and professor at Hefei University of Technology. He currently serves as a supervisor for Huangshan Tianshi New Energy Co., Ltd. and an independent director for Xingmin ZhiTong.
As an independent director of the Company, after self-inspection, I confirm that I meet the relevant requirements for independence stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Regulation and Operation Guide No. 1," and there are no circumstances that affect my independence.
