Announcement on Signing a Major Contract for Daily Operations

I. Contract Signing Overview
Recently, a subsidiary of Yantai Jereh Petroleum Engineering & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), J&F Power Systems LLC (hereinafter referred to as "J&F"), signed a gas turbine generator set supply contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Main Contract") with a well-known international cloud service provider (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). The Company has received and accepted a purchase order issued by the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Order" or collectively referred to as the "Contract"). The amount of this Order is USD 146,500,000 (approximately RMB 994,984.05 million).
The customer's name and some information are considered commercial secrets of the Company. Disclosure may lead to improper competition and harm the interests of the Company and investors. In accordance with the "Regulations on Postponement and Exemption of Information Disclosure for Listed Companies" and the "Information Disclosure Postponement and Exemption Management System," the Company has completed the internal procedures for information disclosure exemption, and the disclosure of the counterparty's information and some contract clauses has been exempted.
