Announcement on the Progress of Using Idle Funds for Wealth Management
This announcement is made by Shenzhen Edifier Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and its Board of Directors, guaranteeing the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information disclosed, and that there are no false representations, misleading statements, or material omissions.
The Company and its subsidiaries have used idle funds for wealth management as approved by the Sixth Board of Directors' 23rd Meeting and the 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The total approved amount for wealth management is not exceeding RMB 2 billion, with funds being used on a revolving basis. The authorization period is 12 months from the date of approval at the 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
According to the above resolution, the Company, its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Edifier Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Edifier"), Dongguan Edifier Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dongguan Edifier"), and Dongguan Pulan Di Acoustic System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pulan Di") have recently used a portion of their idle funds for wealth management as follows:
