Beijing Keli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") will hold the 2025 Online Performance Briefing (hereinafter referred to as the "Briefing") on May 15, 2026 (Friday) from 15:00 to 17:00. The Briefing will be held on the "Interact-e" platform provided by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Investors can log in to the "Interact-e" platform (http://irm.cninfo.com.cn) and enter the "Cloud Interview" section to participate in the Briefing. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Arrangement of the Briefing
- Time: May 15, 2026 (Friday) 15:00–17:00
- Location: SZSE Interact-e (http://irm.cninfo.com.cn)
- Attendees: Mr. Fu Xiaodong, Chairman of the Board; Mr. Zhu Ming, Director and General Manager; Mr. Li Shan, Director, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer; Ms. Fu Jing, Secretary of the Board; and Mr. Chen Xuejun, Independent Director.

II.
