To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Beijing Keli Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office, I have strictly followed the regulations of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System." In my work in 2025, I have honestly, diligently, and independently fulfilled my duties, protected the legitimate rights and interests of the Company's shareholders, promoted the standardized operation of the Company, and fully played the role of an independent director. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I am Chen Xuejun, born in 1972, male, Chinese national, with no permanent overseas residency. I hold an EMBA degree from the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University; I am a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Tax Agent, and hold a mid-level professional title in accounting, and am an ACCA fellow (Senior Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). I am currently an independent director of the Company's eighth board of directors, a supervisor of Guangdong Tianjun Media Co., Ltd., the executive director and general manager of Yongxin County Yinuo Enterprise Management Services Co., Ltd., the executive director and general manager of Yongxin County Yisheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., the executive partner of Yongxin County Guangcai Information Technology Research Center (Limited Partnership), the executive partner of Yongxin County Mingcai Information Technology Research Center (Limited Partnership), and the manager, director, and financial controller of Beijing Wanfang Zhonghe Technology Co., Ltd. I have previously served as an employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a manager at Tianjian Certified Public Accountants, a financial manager at Beijing Huaya Hexun Technology Co., Ltd., an independent director of Shandong Xin Jufeng Technology Packaging Co., Ltd., and the financial controller, secretary of the board, and deputy general manager of Color Communication Technology Co., Ltd.
