2025 Annual Report on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm
Beijing Ke Rui Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Ke Rui" or "the Company") engaged Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyonghe") as the auditor for the Company's 2025 financial reports and internal control. In accordance with the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated Xinyonghe's performance during the 2025 audit process. Based on the evaluation, the Company believes that Xinyonghe's qualifications are compliant and effective, its performance maintains independence, it is diligent and responsible, and it expresses a fair opinion. Xinyonghe was established in 1986 and successfully transformed from a limited liability company into a special general partnership in 2012. Its registered address is 8th Floor, Tower A, Fuhua Building, 8 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Tan Xiaoqing. Xinyonghe holds a practicing certificate for accounting firms issued by the Ministry of Finance. In 2010, it became one of the first accounting firms approved to engage in the audit of H-share companies. Before the implementation of the new Securities Law, it held securities and futures business licenses. In 2020, it completed the filing for accounting firms engaged in securities service business with the Ministry of Finance.
