II. Specific Adjustment Plan
(I) Abolition/Merger of Departments The original Sales Department, Procurement Department, Engineering R&D Center, Printing Department, Mold Department, Quality Department, Warehouse Department, Injection Molding Department, and Assembly Department will be merged into the Trendy Toy Business Unit. The Securities Department will be renamed the Board Office.
(II) Establishment of New Departments New departments to be established include the Financing Department, Legal Department, Capital Department, Overseas Investment Department, Beijing R&D Center, Shenzhen R&D Center, Chongqing R&D Center, AI Toy Business Unit, Physical AI Ecosystem Department, Global Supply Chain Center, Computing Power Investment Center, AI Infrastructure Construction Department, AI Cluster Management Center, TOKEN Operations Center, and Major Projects Office.
