I. Basic Situation of the Litigation
In September 2019, 泰尔重工股份有限公司 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") filed a civil lawsuit with the Ma'anshan Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as the "Ma'anshan Intermediate Court"). The Company was the plaintiff, and Cao Linbin, Pan Zhe, Yang Wenlong, and Li Junyi were the defendants. The lawsuit was filed with the Ma'anshan Intermediate Court concerning a contract dispute between the two parties. In April 2022, the Company received the "Civil Judgment" (2021) Wan 05 Min Chu No. 134 from the Ma'anshan Intermediate Court.
