Shanghai Zhezhong Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the second meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors on April 28, 2026. The meeting deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm." It was agreed to re-appoint Zhonghui Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhonghui CPAs") as the Company's 2026 audit institution. This re-appointment has been reviewed and approved by the second meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors' Audit Committee and is subject to the approval of the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting.
