The Sixth Board of Directors' Eighth Meeting and the 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting of Haining China Leather City Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and approved the Company's application to the National Association of Financial Market Interbank Traders (hereinafter referred to as the "Traders Association") to register and issue ultra-short-term financing bonds with a total amount not exceeding RMB 1 billion. In April 2026, the Company received the "Notice of Acceptance of Registration" (Zhong Shi Xie (2026) SCP98) from the Traders Association, agreeing to accept the registration of the Company's ultra-short-term financing bonds. The registered amount is RMB 900 million, and the registration quota is valid for two years from the date of the "Notice of Acceptance of Registration".
Currently, the Company's first phase of ultra-short-term financing bonds for 2026 has been successfully issued, and the raised funds have been fully received.
