Haining China Leather City Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Adjusting the Company's Internal Management Structure" at the 16th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors held on April 14, 2026. In order to further improve the Company's management level and operational efficiency, it is proposed to promote organizational change through organizational efficiency reform. Combined with the Company's business development needs, it is agreed to adjust the Company's existing internal management structure. The adjusted internal management structure is shown in the attachment.
