Ciwen Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 33rd meeting of the 9th Board of Directors on April 15, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm." It is proposed to re-appoint Daixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Daixin Certified Public Accountants" or "Daixin") as the accounting firm for the Company's 2026 financial statements and internal control audit. The term of appointment is one year. This proposal needs to be submitted to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for review. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
