Independent Director's 2025 Annual Performance Report

To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an Independent Director of Cizhen Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for the Ninth Board of Directors, in accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Main Board Normative Operation Guidelines"), relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association," I have diligently performed my duties, acted diligently and conscientiously, actively played the role of an independent director, and effectively protected the interests of the Company, shareholders, and especially small and medium investors. The basic situation of my performance of duties in 2025 is reported as follows:
I. Basic Information of Independent Directors
I, Wang Sixin, male, born in July 1967, Chinese national, with no permanent overseas residency, am currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at China Media University, and the Vice Dean of the Research Institute of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind. I have long focused on policy and legal issues in the field of internet governance and have participated in the legislative argumentation and interpretation of laws, regulations, departmental rules, and numerous normative documents related to internet governance, including the "Cybersecurity Law" and the "Regulations on the Governance of Internet Information Content." Since June 2022, I have served as an Independent Director of the Company for the Ninth Board of Directors.
