The Board of Directors of Cewen Media Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has appointed Daixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Daixin Certified Public Accountants") as the Company's auditor for 2025.
In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," the Company has assessed the performance of Daixin Certified Public Accountants during the 2025 audit process. Based on the assessment, the Company believes that Daixin Certified Public Accountants' qualifications are compliant and effective, its performance maintains independence, it acts diligently and responsibly, and provides a fair opinion. Daixin Certified Public Accountants was established in 1985 and converted to a special general partnership in March 2012. Its headquarters are located in Beijing, with its registered address at Floor 22, Room 2206, No. 1 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing. It has 33 branches nationwide and a branch in Hong Kong. In 2017, it initiated the Daixin International Accounting Network, which currently has 48 member firms in countries including the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. Daixin Certified Public Accountants is one of the earliest accounting firms in China engaged in securities service business, was among the first to obtain audit qualifications for H-share companies, and has over 30 years of experience in securities business.
