In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," among other regulations and requirements, the Ninth Audit Committee of Cizhen Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") has, in the spirit of diligence and conscientiousness, performed its duties diligently. This report outlines the Audit Committee's supervision of the accounting firm for the year 2025.
I. Basic Information of the Accounting Firm for the 2025 Annual Audit
(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Daixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Daixin CPAs") was established in 1985. In March 2012, it was restructured into a special general partnership. Its headquarters are located in Beijing, with its registered address at Floor 22, No. 1 Zhichun Road, Haidian District, Beijing, 2206. It has 33 branches nationwide and a branch in Hong Kong. In 2017, it initiated the Daixin International Accounting Network, which currently has 48 network member firms in the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and other countries. Daixin CPAs is one of the earliest accounting firms in China to engage in securities services and was among the first to obtain H-share company audit qualifications, possessing over 30 years of experience in securities services.
