Julong Guaso Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a "Notice of Case Filing" (No.: Zheng Jian Li An Zi 0162026007) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") on May 15, 2026, due to suspected information disclosure violations and irregularities. In accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case for investigation.
