Julong Rope Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Notice of Case Filing" (Filing No.: Zheng Jian Li An Zi 0162026007) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") on May 15, 2026. The CSRC decided to file a case against the Company on May 13, 2026, for alleged violations of laws and regulations related to misleading statements in information disclosure, in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," and other laws and regulations. On June 26, 2026, the Company and its relevant personnel received the "Preliminary Administrative Penalty Decision Letter" (Ji Zheng Jian Chu Zi [2026] No. 1) issued by the Hebei Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Hebei CSRC").
