Jicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the third meeting of the ninth Board of Directors on April 22, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointment of Auditor for 2026". It was agreed to re-appoint ShineWing Certified Public Accountants LLP (hereinafter referred to as "ShineWing") as the Company's auditor for 2026. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Explanation of the Matter of Re-appointing the Auditor
ShineWing is an accounting firm that complies with the "Accounting Law of the People's Republic of China" and related laws and regulations. It possesses sufficient independence, professional competence, and investor protection capabilities, and can meet the Company's audit work requirements. The Company intends to re-appoint it as the financial auditor for 2026 and authorizes the Company's management to determine the audit fees in reference to the standards of listed companies of similar scale.
