2025 Annual Report of Independent Director (Zhai Jiguang)
As an independent director of Chengdu Jicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I have conscientiously and diligently performed my duties as an independent director in accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for Operations of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Company Articles of Association" and "Work Rules for Independent Directors." I have exercised my independence and professionalism as an independent director to effectively protect the legitimate interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The following is a report on my performance in 2025:
I. Basic Information
I, Zhai Jiguang, male, born in January 1979, am a Chinese national and an associate professor. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Peking University in July 2001 and obtained a Ph.D. in Law from Peking University in July 2006. Since August 2006, I have been teaching at the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, China University of Political Science and Law, serving as a lecturer and then an associate professor. In 2009, I was awarded the Special Award for Outstanding Teacher by China University of Political Science and Law. In 2019, I was recognized as one of the first "Outstanding Supervisors in the Hearts of Graduate Students" by China University of Political Science and Law. Since June 2008, I have also served as the Executive Director of Beijing Fangding Sino-European Tax Consulting Co., Ltd. During the reporting period, I served as an independent director of the Company and completed my term on January 8, 2026.
