In 2025, as an independent director of Juyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company"), I have strictly performed my duties with integrity, diligence, and independence in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations such as the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Administration of Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and "Guidelines for the Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," as well as the relevant provisions of the "Articles of Association." The report on my fulfillment of duties in 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I, Ai Qian, male, born in September 1969, am a Chinese national and a professor. I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in July 1991, a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Wuhan University in June 1994, and a doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in March 1999. From March 1999 to July 2002, I conducted postdoctoral research at Nanyang Technological University and the University of Bath. Since October 2002, I have been teaching as a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. I am currently serving as an independent director of this Company.
