The third meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors of Jicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was held on April 22, 2026, in the company's conference room. The meeting notice was sent to all directors via email on April 10, 2026. Eleven directors were expected to attend, and all eleven attended. Directors Mr. Zeng Xianzhong, Mr. Li Bin, Mr. Ai Qian, and Mr. Liu Jianwen attended via teleconference. The meeting was presided over by Chairman Mr. Wang Liang.
