Report on the Performance Evaluation of the Accounting Firm for Fiscal Year 2025
Jicheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") engaged Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyonghe") as the accounting firm responsible for issuing the audit report on the Company's 2025 financial statements. In accordance with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" promulgated by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company has evaluated Xinyonghe's performance during the 2025 audit process. The details are as follows:
I. Qualification Requirements
Xinyonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was established in March 2012, with its registered address at 8 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing, Fuhua Building, Block A, 8th Floor. As of December 31, 2025, Xinyonghe had 257 partners (shareholders) and 1,799 certified public accountants. More than 700 certified public accountants have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
In 2024, Xinyonghe's business revenue was RMB 4.054 billion, of which audit business revenue was RMB 2.587 billion and securities business revenue was RMB 0.976 billion. In 2024, Xinyonghe audited 383 listed companies for their annual reports, with a total fee of RMB 0.471 billion. The main industries involved included manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, transportation, warehousing and postal services, electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply, finance, culture and sports and entertainment, wholesale and retail, mining, and water conservancy, environmental protection and public facilities management. The number of listed company audit clients in the same industry as the Company was 255.
