The eighth board of directors' meeting of Changchun Aoputec Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and passed the "Proposal on the Proposed Re-appointment of the Accounting Firm" on April 20, 2026, and submitted it for consideration at the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The Company's proposed re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Explanation of the Proposed Re-appointment of the Accounting Firm
Beijing Dehao International Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Dehao International") possesses the legal business practice qualifications of certified public accountants and has performed well in terms of business scale, practice quality, and social image in recent years. In view of Beijing Dehao International's experience, capabilities in audit services, and its diligent, responsible, and dedicated attitude towards financial audit work, the Company's Board of Directors deliberated and passed the proposal to re-appoint Beijing Dehao International as the Company's financial audit and internal control audit institution for 2026. The term of engagement is one year, and the audit fee is RMB 800,000.
