The Eighth Board of Directors' Eleventh Meeting of Changchun Aoputec Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Company and its Subsidiaries Using Own Funds to Purchase Wealth Management Products." To improve fund utilization and increase returns, it is agreed that the Company will use its own funds not exceeding RMB 300 million, its holding subsidiary Changchun Yuheng Optics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yuheng Optics") will use its own funds not exceeding RMB 240 million, and Changchun Changguang Yuhang Composite Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changguang Yuhang") will use its own funds not exceeding RMB 150 million to invest in wealth management products with high security and good liquidity. This investment amount is within the scope of the Board of Directors' approval authority and does not require submission to the Company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation.
