Tianjin CEI Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") released its 2025 Annual Report on April 23, 2026. To help investors gain a more in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Company's situation, the Company will hold a 2025 Annual Performance Briefing on May 8, 2026 (Friday) from 15:00 to 17:00 on the All-Round Network platform. This annual performance briefing will be conducted remotely via the internet.
