Renrenle Chain Commercial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has had its stock decided to be delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The stock will enter a delisting transition period on June 13, 2025, trading for fifteen trading days, with the last trading date on July 3, 2025, and will be delisted on July 4, 2025. The Company received the decision on the termination of its stock listing from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") on June 5, 2025 (SZSE Announcement [2025] No. 546). The SZSE has decided to terminate the listing of the Company's stock.
According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and the "Implementation Measures for Delisted Companies to Enter the Delisting Board for Transfer," the Company must promptly carry out relevant work after the stock is terminated to ensure that the shares can enter the delisting board managed by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations within forty-five trading days after delisting.
