Special Reminder: The audited net assets of Renrenle Chain Commercial Group Co., Ltd. as of the end of the 2024 fiscal year are negative. According to Article 9.3.12, Item 2 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "Listing Rules"), the Company's stock may be delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The annual audit accountant issued a disclaimer of opinion on the financial accounting report. According to Article 9.3.12, Item 3 of the Listing Rules, the Company's stock may be delisted.
