Keling Data Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its Second Meeting of the Tenth Board of Directors on April 24, 2026. The meeting deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm," agreeing to re-appoint Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's financial reporting auditor for 2026. This proposal is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting. This re-appointment of the accounting firm complies with the "Administrative Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" (Cai Kuai [2023] No. 4) issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission. Basic Information Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) was formerly known as Huapu Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership). It was initially established in August 1988 and was restructured into a special general partnership enterprise on December 10, 2013. It is one of the earliest accounting firms in China approved to engage in securities services and has long been engaged in securities services. Its registered address is 10th Floor, Building 1, 1001-1 to 1001-26, Fuchengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Liu Wei.
