The Company's Tenth Board of Directors' Second Meeting, held on April 24, 2026, reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the 2026 Senior Management Remuneration Plan of the Company." As all directors abstained from voting on the "Proposal on the 2026 Director Remuneration Plan of the Company," this proposal will be directly submitted to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting for review.
