I, Yang Song, as an independent director of Kewei Data Co., Ltd. I, Yang Song, am a Chinese national with no overseas permanent residency. Born in 1968 in Guiyang, Guizhou, I hold a doctorate degree, am a professor and master's supervisor at Jimei University, and am a key talent introduced by Xiamen City. I have served as an independent director of the Company since November 2025.
