- Attendees: (1) All shareholders of the Company registered with the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited by the close of trading on the afternoon of the equity registration date. All shareholders of the Company are entitled to attend the shareholders' meeting in person and may entrust an agent to attend the meeting and vote in writing. The shareholder's agent does not need to be a shareholder of the Company. (2) Directors and senior management of the Company. (3) Lawyers hired by the Company.
