I, Sun Junying, born in 1961, am a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency. I hold a Master's degree in Management from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and am a certified public accountant in China. I previously served as an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor in the School of Economics and Management at Shenzhen University. I have also served as an independent director for Shenzhen Jinxinnong Feed Co., Ltd., Shenzhen China Agricultural University Technology Co., Ltd., Cross-border Tongbao E-commerce Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Royal International Enterprise Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Datong Communication Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Xiangfenghua Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, I am a director of Shenzhen Starlight Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (unlisted), a director of MagHome Co., Ltd. (unlisted), Shenzhen Guohua Wang'an Technology Co., Ltd., and an independent director of Shenzhen Inovance Technology Co., Ltd.
