As an independent director of Anhui Wantong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I have strictly followed the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Articles of Association," and the "Independent Director Work Rules" and other relevant laws and regulations. I have diligently, conscientiously, and actively exercised the independent role of an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals from the Board of Directors, and provided reasonable suggestions for the Company's production, operation, and business development. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Mr. Zhang Guisen, born in 1969, is a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. He holds a postgraduate degree in Chinese Classical Literature and Business Administration. He previously served as Executive Director of Beijing Ruisiaite Consulting Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Dongguan Jingnuo Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., and Supervisor of Guizhou Renhuai City Bobo Artisan Wine Industry Co., Ltd. He currently serves as an Independent Director of the Company, Chairman of Beijing Yitangwuzhi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Lishang Yundong (Shanghai) Sports Technology Co., Ltd., Director of Beijing Ruisiaite Consulting Co., Ltd., Director of the Third Council of the Capital Normal University Education Foundation, Adjunct Professor of the Career Guidance Center at Capital Normal University, Adjunct Professor of the Business School at Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Adjunct Professor of the Business School at Beijing Forestry University, and Adjunct Professor of the Business School at Beijing Union University.
