As of December 31, 2025, I served as an independent director of Anhui Wanto Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") for the seventh board of directors. During my term in 2025, I strictly adhered to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 - Norms for Operations of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association." I diligently, conscientiously, and faithfully performed my duties, safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
Ms. Zhang Na, born in 1981, is a Chinese national with no overseas permanent residency, holding a doctoral degree. She previously served as a postdoctoral researcher in Economics and Management at Beijing Jiaotong University, a postdoctoral researcher in Accounting at the China Industrial Safety Research Center, and a lecturer and associate professor in the School of Economics and Management. She is currently a professor, a master's supervisor for Accounting and Auditing, and a doctoral supervisor for Economics in the School of Economics and Management. She has served as an independent director for Beijing ScienTech Holdings Co., Ltd., Suzhou Jumei Fiberglass Co., Ltd., Beijing Gold Certificate Intercommunication Capital Services Co., Ltd., and Wuxi Smart Auto-Control Engineering Co., Ltd. She is currently an independent director of the Company, Beijing Kade Quartz Co., Ltd., and Shandong Hualing Electronics Co., Ltd.
