Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To standardize the internal reporting of major matters of Shandong Delisi Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), ensure the truthfulness, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of the Company's information disclosure, and in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies," the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and other laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the "Articles of Association of Shandong Delisi Food Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association") and the "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Shandong Delisi Food Co., Ltd.," and in conjunction with the Company's actual situation, this System is formulated.
Article 2 "Major matter information" as referred to in this System refers to non-public information known to internal personnel that involves the Company's operations, finances, or has a significant impact on the trading price of the Company's securities and their derivatives. This System applies to the Company, its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as subsidiaries, meaning wholly-owned or controlled subsidiaries), all business units, and all departments.
