As an Independent Director of the sixth board of directors of Hoàng Sĩ Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term in 2025, in accordance with the "Company Law," "Guiding Principles on Corporate Governance of Listed Companies," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association" and "Independent Director System," I have conscientiously, faithfully, and diligently performed my duties as an independent director. The report on my performance during the 2025 term is as follows:
I. Basic Information of Independent Director
I was born in 1956, hold a postgraduate degree, and am a Level II Professor and doctoral supervisor at Guangxi University. I have served as Director of the MBA Education Center at Guangxi University, member of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC of the Autonomous Region and Counselor of the People's Government of the Autonomous Region, Director of the Enterprise Diagnosis and Planning Research Center, Independent Director of Guangxi Nongtou Sugar Industry Group Co., Ltd., Independent Director of Guangxi Lucheng Water Affairs Co., Ltd., and Independent Director of the Company. Concurrently, I have served as an Independent Director of Southern Black Sesame Group Co., Ltd. since August 2024.
